2650英里之行始於足下哈哈

這個夏天5/15至8/23我在太平洋屋脊步道(PCT)上從墨西哥一直走到加拿大了! 雖然有了幾個星期沒有吃熱飯,也偶爾被雨淋濕,也面對了森林火災還有響尾蛇、黑熊和老鼠等野生動物的危險,但是天天看到了美麗的野花,吃了野生漿果,喝了泉水,跟陌生人打交道了,還有爬了山。 這樣的生活讓我感到非常滿意。 我很感激有了這個機會,而且我期待未來的徒步旅行🙂

一點也不難。 爲了吃維他命因B12,你可以吃營養酵母。 爲了吃夠的蛋白質,你可以吃Clif bars和Complete Cookies。

你花了多少錢?
